1. Order Processing and Confirmation

Orders are processed upon written confirmation and in accordance with agreed commercial terms.

Production planning begins only after: 

  • Order confirmation
  • Approval of product specifications (models, fabrics,
    finishes)
  • Confirmation of payment terms

2. Production Lead Time

 All products are manufactured based on confirmed orders.

 Standard production lead time is:

 3–4 weeks for standard models on a container basis

This timeline may vary depending on raw material availability, production scheduling, and order volume.

Any significant deviations will be communicated in advance.

3. Shipping and Logistics

Shipments are primarily arranged as:

  • Full Container Load (FCL)
  • Road freight for Europe
  • Sea freight for United States

We work with experienced international freight forwarders specialized in furniture logistics.  

4. Estimated Transit Times

 Europe: 5–12 days by road depending on destination

 United States: 20–40 days by sea (port-to-port)

 Inland transportation may vary depending on final destination  

All transit times are indicative and not guaranteed.

5. Packaging

Products are packed using export-standard methods suitable for container shipments:

  • Reinforced cartons
  • Protective wrapping against dust, moisture, and abrasion 
  • Palletization when required

6. Shipping Terms (Incoterms®)

  • EXW (Ex Works): The buyer assumes full responsibility for collection, transportation, export procedures, and all associated costs from our facility.
  • FOB (Free on Board): We are responsible for delivering the goods to the designated port and loading them onto the vessel. Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are on board.  

Other Incoterms may be discussed and agreed upon based on customer requirements.  

Risk and responsibility transfer in accordance with the agreed Incoterm.

7. Customs, Duties, and Documentation

Products are classified under HS Code 940171000019.

Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

We provide:

  • Commercial Invoice- Packing List 
  • Bill of Lading / CMR

Buyers are responsible for compliance with local import regulations.

8.Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made to the agreed destination.

Unless otherwise specified: 

  • Unloading and on-site handling are the responsibility of the customer 
  • The customer must ensure appropriate access for delivery
    vehicles

9. Inspection and Claims  

All goods must be inspected upon delivery.

In case of damage or discrepancy:

  • Note the issue on the delivery document 
  • Notify us within 48 hours with supporting photos  

Late claims may not be accepted.  

10.Delays and Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance- Carrier delays- Port congestion
  • External logistics disruptions  

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.
