Our standard production leadtime is 3–4 weeks for container-based orders of standard models. Estimated delivery times: Europe: 5–12 days (road freight) United States: 20–40 days (sea freight) We prioritize on-time production and transparent communication throughoutthe process. WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)?
Our production is optimized for full container loads (FCL) to ensureefficiency and competitive pricing. Typical MOQ: 1 x 20FT or 40FT container, depending on product mix.We also support flexible product combinations within a container. Not sure how to fill a container? Our team can help you optimize yourproduct mix.  
CAN I REQUEST SAMPLES BEFORE PLACING A BULK ORDER?
Yes, we offer sample production to help you evaluate our quality andcraftsmanship. Sample and shipping costs are typically covered by the customer.Sample lead times follow standard production schedules. Sample costs may bepartially adjusted in future bulk orders. DO YOU PROVIDE LOGISTICS SUPPORT OR ONLY EXW/FOB?

WHO HANDLES CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT PROCEDURES?
Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are generally the responsibility ofthe buyer. We provide all required documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / CMR. Our team can also guide you through the import process if needed.
WHAT IF THERE IS DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORTATION?
We use export-grade packagingto minimize risk during transit. In the unlikely event ofdamage: Inspect goods upon delivery, Report within 48 hours with photos. We will review and assist inresolving the issue.
